The Company has raised its capital by issuing equity shares through private placement. The Company now has a subscribed capital of 6.54 crores (Rs. 65 million) and plans to increase the same to the authorized limit of Rs 10 crores (Rs. 100 million)immediately.

The equity shares of Rs. 10 face value are now being issued at a premium of 10% i.e. Rs.11 translating reserves of the Company into value of shares. 694 shareholders hold shares ranging from 1000 shares to 100000 shares in the Company.ial
