An Ulema Committee, to ensure compliance to the Sharia rules, supervises the activities of the company. Prominent Islamic scholars well versed in Islamic Sharia in general and Islamic banking and finance in particular, are members of the Committee. The Ulema committee, prior to implementation, approves all products and investment proposals of the company. |
