Adding momentumm to its business diversification plans AICL promoted a subsidiary company AICL Builders and Developers Limited in June 2009. This company has taken up the business of builders developers and acquired two properties in Ernakulam district for plot development. 60% of the 1st plot has already been sold out.

The Company proposes to stamp its footprint in Malabar with a project in Calicut. This venture is expected to augment the revenue of AICL and increase it share value.
