Incorporated as a Public Limited Company under the Companies Act, 1956 AICL commenced it business in January 2002 as a Non-Banking Finance Company under license from the Reserve Bank of India.  Reserve Bank has also approved the company as a Full Fledged Money Changer.

The Company has its registered office at Ernakulam and a regional office functions at Calicut. The Company’s operations are spread through out the state of Kerala.

The Company has so far invested Rs 7.5 crores as equity participation in ongoing businesses and industrial ventures viz general trading, commercial building, ice cream making, bakery, textiles and ready mades, pharmaceuticals, hospitals, steel manufacturing, fishing industry, educational institutions, infrastructure development etc. promoted by people of proven credentials, both commercial and ethical. The net return on investments received from investments is 7 to 8%.
